The fact of the matter is...
…I need to start getting things together for my cruise.

New Idea!
I think I’m going to start sending people letters by surprise.
And I’m going to type them on my super cool typewriter, and they’ll be all official-like.
If you’re one of my friends, and you’re reading this… Maybe it’ll be you! But I certainly won’t be telling you when I’m sending you one. You’ll still be surprised, I promise.

"I know you don't know me from Adam."
Okay. This may not be as clear cut as I’d like it to be, but I’m trying to limit myself on how much of my heart I’m putting out there for people to see as of late. I’ve got some stuff going on right now that I know I need to keep kind of guarded. But I’ve got some thoughts rolling around, and I feel like it could be good to just put some of them down right now, even...
Now I feel like I need to have all the music from every single artist on that Top 100 list… which is a problem, considering that would take a lot of money that I do not have. A lot of people get addicted to a lot of bad things in this world… I’m just addicted to music. But pretty bad.
Crazy Connections
Something I’ve been thinking about: We live in a world that tells us we should have more all the time. Here in the United States, we are definitely a nation of consumers.
But… I think the simpler we live, the happier we really are… because our happiness relies a whole lot less on extrinsic things.
Just some food for thought. Simplicity is really quite wonderful.
Also, so is...
As I’m watching this VH1 special, one thing makes me sad in the middle of such awesomeness: When people with such greatness and talent waste it by doing stupid things (like drugs or whatever) and die far younger or drop out of the game far sooner than they ever should have. Truly, truly a tragedy.
But life is a battle: may we all be enabled to fight it well!

Just saying.
Watching the 100 Greatest Artists of All Time special on VH1 is definitely a much better option than going to class. Oops. Hehe : ]
How sweet it is...
…to know that you can trust in Jesus.
I may sound old-fashioned, but I want to think all women should be treated like...

HAPPY 60TH ANNIVERSARY OF YOUR PRIESTLY ORDINATION, PAPA!!!
Your Church, your Bride, loves you so much… thank you for loving us back!
And thank you for showing this world (which needs an example so badly) what a long and lasting marriage looks like : ]
Things That Are Really Important in Life:
LISTENING.
I think today needs to be a Frank Sinatra and Ella Fitzgerald kind of day.
I need more of their soothing voices in my life.
My Life: The Waiting Room
Waking up seems to be the hardest part of every day for me lately. Finding the motivation to get up and start doing has been a little bit more difficult. But once I get going, things start to feel a whole lot better. It’s like I just have to get past that first little roadblock (and that’s what it is… it’s little… a whole lot smaller of a roadblock than it appears to...
Reflection of the night.
Different isn’t always bad. Change isn’t always scary. Sometimes we just need to adjust the way we perceive the things that are going on around us. And it’s okay if that takes time. Patience is key to everything. Just keep on keepin’ on, kids… Life is really beautiful, and there is so much to see and to learn.
Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate.
Our deepest fear
